For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us through the details listed in the "Find Us" section of this site.

Data collected and purposes

This site was designed to collect the bare minimum of personal data.

  • Browsing data: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically collects some technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and secure the site, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • Phone contact: if you tap the phone number or the "Call Now" button, your device simply opens the Phone app; no data is transmitted to us through the site.
  • This site does not use contact forms, does not require account creation, and does not send newsletters.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party profiling cookies. The only element that may set third-party cookies is the Google Maps embed in the "Find Us" section, which loads only if you actively choose to view it by clicking "Show the map". From that moment, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Third-party services

Google Maps (Google LLC): used, only at your request, to show the restaurant's location. Google's privacy policy

Reviews published on the site

In the "Reviews" section we show a selection of public reviews left by customers on our Google listing. We only display the first name and the initial of the surname (never the full name) and the review text; we do not use any photos attached to the review. The legal basis is legitimate interest: these are ratings the author chose to publish specifically so other potential customers could read them. If you wrote a review shown on this site and would rather not appear, contact us at the details above and we will remove it.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability, within the limits set by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

Updates

This policy may be updated over time; the last update date is shown at the top.
